Tailored training programmes

MLR Business Consultants provides business development coaching in a number of accessible and convenient combinations.
One to one executive coaching
Senior managers and executives often find one to one focussed sessions, with an experienced executive coach, more time effective than training courses. In one and a half or two hours we can usefully explore and take forward the most important issue for you right now. Depending on the situation, you may find two or three sessions are all that is needed; alternatively longer programmes can be arranged to suit your diary and your budget.
As part of a learning programme
This is extremely effective in boosting the impact and transfer of learning to the workplace. Following a training course, or interspaced with sessions on a modular programme, we can offer one to one coaching sessions for participants to support them in applying their new learning at work. Delegates often report these sessions as among the most useful parts of a learning programme.
Small group coaching
If a small number of individuals (2, 3 or 4) share a common development need, it can seem unnecessary to run separate one to ones for each, yet the numbers don’t really justify (or require) a full training programme. MLR offers small group coaching sessions (usually up to one day) to focus on a recognised shared development need with up to four individuals.
