Coaching Skills

Increasingly, organisations are recognising the huge internal benefit of having managers and leading performers coach job holders in their task or role, helping them develop the skill sets they need to achieve first competence, then excellence, and then mastery. Coaching is also invaluable in supporting team members to achieve their goals (both organisational and personal), and to tackle problems or challenges constructively. Coaching is, of course, itself a skill set. The MLR Coaching Skills programmes offer either an introduction to Coaching Skills for those who require only a brief insight into the basics, or the more in-depth further skills programme, which includes practical coaching assignments over a longer period.
