The ability to influence others – colleagues, bosses, customers, team members, groups, individuals – is a magically valuable talent both inside and outside the organisation. Effective influencers are good at leading and managing others, great at selling, persuasive in meetings, presentations and negotiations. Fortunately, influencing skills can be learned, refined and enhanced.
